Altar panel with relief. East Asia late 19th c. Partially painted ivory and bone on lacquered panel. Lower left onlaid signature in cartouche. Provenance: According to the consigner the panel was the former property of the Asian art dealer Arthur Duffner, Furtwangen/Dresden.

Ostasien Ende 19. Jh. Elfenbein und Bein, partiell bemalt, auf Holz, lackiert. Im Flachrelief stehender b”rtiger Herr mit Gehstock und Zepter. Unten rechts ein Knabe mit Rucksack. U.l. aufgelegte Signaturkartusche. H. 60, B. 36 cm.
Provenienz: Laut Einlieferer aus dem Besitz des Asiatika-H”ndlers Arthur Duffner, Furtwangen/Dresden.
