À Louis Moysès. Drawing in opaque white on black wove paper. Signed lower left and dated 1943. Dedicated right middle and signed again «à Louis Moysès Jean» as well as with the artist's mark (star). Light damage.
Louis Moysès was the owner of the «Bar Gaya» and later the «Bœuf sur le toit», meeting place of Cocteau, Strawinsky, Picasso and many other artists.

Louis Moysès war der Besitzer der «Bar Gaya» und später des «Bœuf sur le toit», Treffpunkt von Cocteau, Strawinsky, Picasso und weiteren Künstlern.
