Miniature painter probably England or France second half 18th C. Portrait of Mrs Siddons. Gouache and tempera on ivory, mounted on cardboard. Unsigned. Verso inscribed with the name of the depicted lady.
Probably after a portrait by the hand of Thomas Gainsborough (1727 - 1788), located at the National Gallery in London.
