Farm house with stony path. Watercolour and gouache over pencil on strong, greyish wove paper, with tear-off edge at the right margin. Unsigned. Verso estate stamp Karl Hauptmann, inscribed by Karin Hauptmann, granddaughter of the artist. Slight stains, creasing.
