Byzantinische Schnabelkanne
6. - 7. Jh. n. Chr. Hellgrünes Klarglas. Kugeliger Korpus, schlanker konischer Hals, Schnabelausguss und Bandhenkel. Feiner umlaufender Glasfaden am Stand und auf der Wandung. Rest.

Byzantine beak-shaped jug
6th - 7th C. AD. Light green clear glass. Sphere-shaped body, slender conical neck, beak-shaped spout and strap handle. Fine glass thread on base and body. Restored.
H 13,5, W 9,5 cm.
Provenance: according to the consignor purchased in the art trade in 1973; since then private collection Dreisamtal.
