«From 1986 to 1991, Salentin created the Cibachrome reprographies, in which graphically reworked collages are enlarged ‹lightfast› to a maximum format of 40 x 50 cm. The reprographics are created on paper or, in a refined form, pressed onto canvas. For reasons of cost and due to the limited format, Salentin abandoned this technique after only a few years.
In 1991 Scanchrome pictures followed, based on a slide of a work to be enlarged. The Scanchrome images, which show interlaced room situations, are created by spraying ink on canvas.
