France around 1910. Red gold 18k (tested). Blossom-shaped front, centrally set with one Midway coral cabochon weighing over 10 carats, surrounded by a black enamel ring, surrounded by 16 old-european-cut diamonds weighing in total 0,80 carats SI, wesselton.
Diam. 2,3 cm. 8,7 g.
