The collection of the Freiburg neurophysiologist Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Richard Jung includes over 729 sheets of historic graphics that came together during his longstanding, extensive activities as a collector. After his death, most of the collection - apart from selected works in private possession - has been handed over to the Kunsthalle Karlsruhe and the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, who dedicated an exhibition to the collector Richard Jung in the year 1990.

Die Sammlung des Freiburger Neurophysiologen Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Richard Jung umfasst über 729 Blätter historischer Grafiken, die während seiner jahrelangen, extensiven Sammlertätigkeit zusammengetragen wurden. Nach seinem Tod wurde die Sammlung - abgesehen von ausgewählten Stücken in Privatbesitz - großteils an die Kunsthalle Karlsruhe und die Staatsgalerie Stuttgart übergeben, welche im Jahre 1990 dem Sammler Jung eine Ausstellung widmeten.
