France 1990s. Yellow and white gold 18k. Slightly elevated, blossom-shaped front, centrally set with an oval-cut sapphire weighing 1 carat, accompanied by 16 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing total 0,32 carats VVS, wesselton, surrounded by a blue enamel line. Hallmark and import mark.
