Cartier Collier «Draperie de Décolleté»
Paris 1999. Yellow and white gold 18 k. Waterfall necklace with 18 rows of movable bead link chains. 25 aleatory rhythmizing white gold beads, set with a brilliant-cut diamond each, weighing in total approx. 1,25 carats VVS-VS, wesselton. Closure with five round buttons. Hallmark, copyright mark, maker’s, individual number «835393» and dated 1999.

The necklace with the evocative name «Draperie de Décolleté» comes from the «Paris Nouvelle Vague» collection launched in 1999. This collection refers to the classic designs of the early 20th century, but without historicising them. Soft and natural, the necklace clings to the neck and décolleté and captivates with its clear and modern design. The necklace with the reference number N7021202 belongs to a collection that was made with different numbers and varying lengths of strands, both with and without diamonds.
