Shoulao is the Taoist deification of Canopus, a star of the constellation Carina and the second brightest star in the night sky. He is the symbol of happiness and long life.

Shoulao ist die taoistische Vergöttlichung des Sternes Canopus im Sternbild Carina und der zweithellste Stern am Nachthimmel. Er steht für Glückseligkeit und ein langes Leben.
