Covered bowl for strawberries in openwork-technique with stand and spoon
Meissen 2nd half 20th C. Porcelain, painted in underglaze blue. 3 pieces. Including a covered bowl, stand and spoon. Transverse-oval shape, latticed openworked lid with strawberry knob. Oval stand on the border with openworked intersecting arches, alternating with floral cartouches. Spoon with deep moulded bowl and branch handle. Flower decor in underglaze blue. Underglaze blue sword mark, form number «232 M», assembler number «11», date mark and painter number. Spoon with underglaze blue sword mark, assembler number «93» and date mark.
W (covered bowl) 17,4, L (stand) 27,3, (spoon) 21,9 cm.
Condition report
Good overall condition. Bowl, stand and spoon show few very small production-related glaze damages, hairline crack and chipped
(2 mm) on the inside of the lid.
