All-round cream-coloured Akoya cultured pearls (Diam. 8,0 to 8,5 mm), on the front a horseshoe-shaped pendant, centrally set with a black opal cabochon weighing over 20 carats, surrounded by 80 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing in total 0,80 carats VS, wesselton, accompanied by two ruby cabochons weighing in total 0,40 carats. Ball closure with guilloché decor. Hallmark and manufacturer's mark «JKa».
