Blossom-shaped, openworked front, completely set with 18 sapphire navettes weighing in total 3,64 carats, flanked by twelve swiss-cut sapphires weighing in total 0,36 carats, accompanied by six brilliant-cut diamonds weighing in total 0,60 carats VS, wesselton, surrounded by 52 swiss-cut diamonds weighing in total 1,40 carats VS, wesselton. Hallmark. One swiss-cut diamond missing.
