Chopard vintage jewellery watch with diamonds and emeralds
Geneva around 1970. White gold 18k. Smooth, oval, laterally openworked case, bezel set with 36 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing in total 0,72 carats IF, top wesselton, and strap lugs set with 32 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing in total 1,30 carats IF, top wesselton, as well as six brilliant-cut emeralds weighing in total 0,63 carats. Silver-plated dial with applied pin minute scale, lance hands. Sapphire glass. Crown winding movement. Ref. «5101.1» and case number «130670». Original link bracelet with plug clasp. Hallmark.

In the early 1970s Chopard returned to the flowing lines of Art Nouveau and Art Deco. Oval cases, curved shapes and floral elements became part of the design of the precious timepieces with high-carat gemstones.
