Late Baroque Lake Constance wardrobe with Louis XVI intarsia
Lake Constance region around 1800. Cherrywood, solid, bird's eye figure, pearwood, fruitwoods and ebony, veneered, as well as brass. Three pressed ball feet and two block feet, two-door body with bevelled corners and profiled as well as centrally raised cornice. Door panels with vase inlays and flowers, framed by bird's wye figure bands, in the corners inlays in the form of bands, rhombs and stars. Interior with shelves and drawers. Original lock and fittings.
