Stay safe – Kaupp-Auction and Corona?
Together we will manage it!
With these safety precautions.
Welcome to the castle. But safe.
The good news: Viewings may take place. Of course, certain hygiene regulations must be followed, such as that there is no more than one visitor per 10 square meters allowed. We know and follow the current hygiene precautions so that the viewing is as pleasant and safe as possible for you and our employees. Therefore, we have extended the viewings: we are here for you from Friday, 13.11. to Tuesday, 17.11.20 from 11 am to 6 pm. If there should be any waiting time, we ask for your understanding.
We effectively control the allowed maximum number of 60 visitors by handing out (disinfected) visitor cards in the entrance area. There you will also find disinfectants and disposable gloves with which you can take objects into your hands if necessary.
In front of and inside the castle, the rules that have become generally valid apply: Please refrain from shaking hands, wear your non-medical face mask and keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m to other people. Due to the minimum distance, waiting times may occur at display cases and jewellery counters.
Our team will accept bids and identity cards with disposable gloves and/or disinfected hands. Our rental catalogues are disinfected after each use. You can also access our Online catalogues via QR code.
spacer AUCTION
We guarantee the necessary minimum distance by a special seating arrangement, for which we use pre-bookings. You can reserve your seat at auktionen@kaupp.de - just send us a short e-mail with the number of people, your name, the day of the auction and the lots you are interested in. In the auction hall we have single and double seating with a minimum distance of 1.5 m. People from the same household may sit together on one pair of chairs.
The D-H-M formula also applies to the auction: Maintain a distance of 1.5 m, adhere to hygiene rules and wear a non-medical face mask. Like you, the Kaupp team will ensure health safety by wearing a mask during the entire auction. This will be a bit more uncomfortable than our usual auctions, but together we will manage it.
On the day of the auction, you will register at the reception, so please have your identity card with you. Using the registration form you are probably already familiar with from restaurants, enter the time of the room bidder registration, first name and surname as well as your telephone number – for couples, please enter both names.
If you can't (or don't want to) come in person, you will miss the auction happening, but you can of course participate and bid in the auction in writing, by telephone or live on the Internet and thus secure the hammer price. To bid live online you will find links to the portals lot-tissimo.com and invaluable.com on our homepage kaupp.de.

Much has changed through Corona, but some things have not. As you already know from previous auctions, you can pay for your auctioned objects on site and during the ongoing auction and pick them up directly at the pickup point. We only ask you to pay contactless by EC-card and to present your identity card again. Please also pay attention to the minimum distance of 1.5 m. If you wish, you can also pay by bank transfer and collect your object during our opening hours in the days after the auction. Due to the current circumstances, there may also be delays in distribution. Here too, please be patient and join us in being happy that despite Corona, an auction can take place at all (status 04/11/20).
