«Rolling Ball Clock» after Sir William Congreve
Anton Krüttner, Einsiedel second half 19th C. Brass. Skeleton body with four columns, centrally ball compensator. Enamel dial with Roman minute scale and date display, blued Scoties hands, flanked by display for weekday and seconds. Dial inscribed «Ant. Krüttner IN EINSIEDL». Good age-related fully functional condition. Dial slightly chipped.

Ball and key.
A small steel ball runs over the inclined zigzag track where it trips the escapement which in turn reverses the tilt of the tray. After a patent of Sir William Congreve.

Kugellaufuhr «Rolling Ball Clock» nach Sir William Congreve
Anton Krüttner, Einsiedel 2. Hälfte 19. Jh. Messing. Skelettkorpus mit vier Säulen, mittig Kugellaufwippe. Emailzifferblatt mit römischer Minuterie und Datumsanzeige, gebläute Scotieszeiger, flankiert von Wochentags- und Sekundenanzeige. Auf Zifferblatt bez. «Ant. Krüttner IN EINSIEDL». Guter, altersbedingter, funktionstüchtiger Zustand. Zifferblatt min. best.

Kugel und Schlüssel.
Eine kleine Stahlkugel läuft über die schräge Zick-Zack-Bahn und schaltet am unteren Anschlag die Kugellaufwippe um. Nach einem Patent von Sir William Congreve.
