Mortar with Medusa's heads mascarons and pestle
Spain circa 1650. Bronze, dark brown patinated. Profiled, round base, bell-shaped body and flared rim. Wall decorated with alternating four buckled ribs and four reliefs depicting Medusa's head. Double profiled, conical pestle.
