Baroque iron clock in style of Martin Rager
Switzerland circa 1700. Iron, painted in polychrome colours. Rectangular case with pierced cresting and painted side doors. One with Saint Peter as first pope with tiara, book and key, the other with Saint Nicholas as bishop with crozier. Florally decorated dial with Roman minute scale, star-shaped hands. 48-hour movement, striking on two bells. Good age-related fully functional condition. Paint refreshed. Slightly rubbed.

Barocke Eisenuhr im Stil des Martin Rager
Schweiz um 1700. Eisen, polychrom bemalt. Hochrechteckiges Gehäuse mit vegetabil durchbrochen gearbeitetem Giebel und bemalten Seitentüren. Eine mit Petrus als erstem Papst mit Tiara, Buch und Schlüssel, die andere mit dem Heiliger Nikolaus als Bischof mit Pastoralstab. Floral dekoriertes Zifferblatt mit römischer Minuterie, Sternenzeiger. 48-Std.-Gehwerk mit Schlag auf zwei Glocken. Guter, altersbedingter, funktionstüchtiger Zustand. Fassung überarbeitet. Min. ber.
