Bail with clip set with four brilliant-cut diamonds weighing in total 0,15 carats VS, wesselton, thereon an oval, verso openworked pendant, centrally set with one ruby cabochon weighing 49,61 carats, surrounded by 26 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing in total 1,72 carats VVS, wesselton, framed by one green enamel band with eight orange-coloured enamel panels. Engraved hallmark.
