Icon of a saint with carved framework. Balkan or Greece 19th C. Egg tempera over chalk and gold ground on carved panel. Saint with lance and shield in a carved aedicula framework, painted in polychrome colours. Minor signs of age.

Balkan oder Griechenland 19. Jh. Eitempera über Kreide- und Goldgrund auf Holz, geschnitzt. Heiliger mit Lanze und Schild in geschnitzter und polychrom gefasster Ädikularahmung. Min. Altersspuren.
