Biedermeier brooch with emeralds and pearls
Germany around 1850. Yellow gold 14k (tested) and foam gold. Smooth, cartouche-shaped front, with two lateral stylised pine cones and volute decoration, centrally set with four emerald-cut emeralds weighing in total approx. 0,28 carats, and nine silver-grey seed pearls (Diam. 2,2 to 2,4 mm).
