Daum Frères table lamp wuth crane-shaped body
Daum Frères, Nancy and Charles Ranc, France 1920s. Partially gold patinated bronze and colourless glass with powder fusions in red and brown. Base with abstracted shell decor, body in the shape of an elongated crane which holds the freely swinging, conical lamp shade on a ring attached to the socket in its beak. Signed on the base «C. RANC» and marked on the lamp shade in deep relief «DAUM NANCY» with the cross of Lorraine.
