Louis XVI courtly wall mirror with vase motif
Germany late 18th C. Wood, carved and gilt, as well as mirror glass. Upright oblong, profiled frame with circumferential bead decor, at the upper end capital of a fluted pilaster shaft. Fronton symmetrically composed with central antique vase motif, crowned by feather decoration, with laurel garlands hanging down the sides.
